cursor: pointer; text-decoration: none;">Ruthy Salomon</a></span> לא הייתי מודע לכמות המוזמנים והנציגות המרשימה של המפקחים הבכירים ממשרד החינוך ומובילי החינוך מהמכללות לחינוך בארץ אשר הגיעו לצפות בעשיה הפדגוגית המתוקשבת של המנהלת שוש אלגזר, צוות המורים והתלמידים המשגעים!!!<br /><br />במהלך הסיור רוויתי נחת מהשימוש של התלמידים והמורים בכלי התקשוב השונים. לכל תלמיד היה מחשב ASUS EEE על השולחן. בנוסף לשאר עזרי הלימוד הוותיקים. התלמידים לומדים בצורה עצמאית, בקבוצות, בזוגות וגם בהנחיית המורים על גבי תשתית <a class="ot-hashtag" href="https://plus.google.com/s/%23Moodle" style="color: #3366cc; (אולי כדי שהצוות יכתוב על כך פרסום, בנפרד) בכל מקרה, נעבור לצד הטכני...<br /><br />שרת מוודל בגירסה 1.9 עליו מותקן גם שרת MYSQL בגירסה 5.5 ו PHP בגירסה 5.3<br />12 גיגה זיכרון (3.6 מתוכם בשימוש! בלבד. כלומר, גם 4 גיגה מספיק) ומעבד Quad-Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 2378, 4 cores על מערכת הפעלה CentOS Linux 5.7 ב VM של VMWARE .<br /><br />מהגרפים המצורפים, ניתן לראות כיצד במהלך השעתיים/שלוש של הבוחן היו מחוברים במקביל ובזמן אמיתי כ 60/50 משתמשים באופן תמידי ורצוף בדרך כזו או אחרת מתוך 250 הנבחנים. ובעיקר, ניתן לראות כיצד מעבד בודד הספיק לאורך כל זמן הבוחן בלי להתרגש (אפילו ביחס לפעילות בימים האחרים בשבוע) גם העומס לא היה משמעותי.<br /><br />לצערי לא הספקתי לצלם תמונה של אלכס ספיר (אשר אחראי על מערכות המחשב במכללה) מחייך. בזמן המבחן. כאשר שאלתי אותו: "מה המצב? הכל בסדר?"<br />אני בטוח שאתם יכולים לדמיין :-)</div><span class="a-j fo Cx" role="button" style="clear: both; cursor: pointer; text-decoration: none;">אליעזר קורצוייל</a></span>עם תלמידיו בכפר בתיה, רעננה. בעזרת מחשבי לוח (טאבלטים Tablet בעלי מערכת הפעלה אנדרויד Android) ומערכת הלמידה/הוראה המקוונת מוודל (בגרסה 2) Moodle.<br /><br />את המחשבים קבלו התלמידים במיזם משותף עם חברת "בליגיר"(1) העוסקת בקידום ויצירה של תכנים ללמידה דיגיטלית וחברת "משוב"(2) המספקת את תוכנת המוודל (ותוכנת המשוב ניהול בית ספר)<br /><br />מטרת השיעור הייתה: <b>דיון בנושאי גמרא על פי תוכנית הלימודים</b> בצד התקשובי... היתה כוונה להשתמש ברכיב HOT QUESTION / "שאלה חמה"(3) של מערכת מוודל. המאפשר לתלמידים להציג שאלות או נושאים ולדרג אותם, אחד את השאלות של השני, במקרה שלנו, בהקשר לדיון. ומידיי פעם לקבל התייחסות של המורה (אליעזר) בזמן הדיון עצמו. בלי להפריע לרצף הדיון.<br /><br />תחילת השיעור נפתחה בקשיי תקשורת עם אתר הלמידה. אליעזר לא התרגש (אני מתרשם) וניסה למצוא חלופות עד שהבעיה תחלוף. נשלחה בקשת תמיכה למנהל המערכת ובמקביל נעשה ניסוי לשימוש בכלי (4) Google Moderator המאפשר התנהלות דומה. (למי שאין מוודל...מומלץ!) עד שעברנו עם הדיון לכלי של גוגל... חלפה הבעיה ודיון המשיך בעזרת הרכיב "שאלה חמה", עד לסופו. ראו תמונות מצורפות.<br /><br />אגב, במהלך השיעור, נעשה שימוש באתר גמרא מקוון :<a class="ot-anchor" href="http://www.hebrewbooks.org/shas" style="color: #3366cc; cursor: pointer; text-decoration: none;">www.hebrewbooks.org/shas</a><br /><br />סיכומונציק והתבוננות...<br />מבחנתי, היווה השיעור דוגמה למצב בו רבים נמצאים, מצב בו רוצים ומשלבים טכנולוגיות חדשניות בניסיונות לייצר חווית למידה עמוקה ומרתקת (engaging) ביחד עם התלמידים כדי שהתלמידים יפנימו את חומר הלימוד באופן חוויתי ומשמעותי. ובמקביל התמודדות לא פשוטה עם בעיות טכניות מיותרות. באמת, מיותרות.<br /><br />נקודה קטנה וחשובה אשר הרשימה אותי מאוד, בזמן שבו הייתה בעיה טכנית... גם כאשר הצעתי לעבור לשימוש במקרן מהמחשב של המורה כאשר היו בעיות תקשורת באינטרנט. סרב אליעזר והסביר לי שהוא אינו מעוניין להשתמש בטכנולוגיה עבור שיטות הוראה פרונטליות. התרשמתי מאוד.<br /><br />בכנס תקינה לספרים דיגיטלים אשר נערך בשבוע שעבר, ציין נועם קוריאט (מינהל המדע) את השאיפה של משרד החינוך להגיע למצב בו קו האינטרנט לבית הספר יציב, זמין ובעל נפח תעבורה משמעותי, באופן הדומה לביטחון שיש לנו כאשר אנו מפעילים מכשיר חשמלי. כדי להגיע למצב, בין הייתר, שבו ספרים דיגיטליים אינטראקטיביים משוכללים זמינים באופן תמידי לתלמידים בזמן השיעור. כולי רצון ותקווה להגיע למצב הזה במהרה!<br /><br />נספחים:<br />(1) <a class="ot-anchor" href="http://www.bligear.co.il/" style="color: #3366cc; cursor: pointer; text-decoration: none;">http://www.bligear.co.il/</a> - Bligear הוקמה מתוך מטרה להדביק את הפער שנוצר בין עולם החינוך לעולמות המדיה בהם מתנהלים חיינו.
